Step-by-step approach to integrating CleverTap with WhatsApp Business API
Step 1.
Log in to your CleverTap account and click on the Explore Demo option in the top right corner.
Step 2.
Click on the E-commerce option.
Step 3.
From the left sidebar, select the Settings option.
Step 4.
From the left sidebar, select Channels and then choose WhatsApp.
Step 5.
On the top bar, choose the 'WhatsApp Connect' option.
Step 6.
Click on the '+ Provider Configuration' button.
Step 7.
Choose Generic from the provider options.
Step 8.
Open Clevertap from the Integrations section in Heltar and go to Step 8 there to enter the respective URLs in the provided section.
